Body Worn Cameras

The Lower Alloways Creek Police Department is utilizing Body Worn Cameras for it's patrol officers.  The sights and sounds of police and civilian interaction will now be captured and stored.  This new technology will provide an extra layer of protection and transparency for both our officers and the citizens we serve.  An image of the camera is provided for public awareness.  The camera will be attached to the upper part of an officer’s uniform or plainclothes attire when in use.
